I’m Christian, a qualified Five Element Acupuncturist based in London. Before retraining, I spent over ten years working in film and post-production — a fast-paced, creative world that I eventually realised I’d outgrown. The constant motion, the deadlines, the pressure to always be doing more — it all caught up with me. Slowing down, especially in a city that never seems to, became essential for my capacity to keep existing here.

Like many, I came to acupuncture through my own need for change. I’d tried managing my symptoms in all the usual ways, but nothing reached the root of what was happening. When a friend suggested Five Element Acupuncture, I was sceptical — I thought acupuncture was just for back pain or tension. What I found instead was something deeper: a way of listening to myself, of noticing how my emotional state was reflected in my physical health. It helped me reconnect with my body, my energy, and my sense of direction.

I trained under world-renowned Five Element Acupuncturist Gerad Kite, whose approach emphasises simplicity, presence, and the innate capacity we all have to find balance.

People come to see me for all kinds of reasons. Some are experiencing physical symptoms such as menstrual issues, digestive problems, migraines or fatigue. Others can’t quite name what’s wrong — they just feel stuck, disconnected, or off balance. Whatever brings you here, my aim is to create a calm, supportive space where you can slow down, be heard, and begin to realign with yourself.

At its heart, Five Element Acupuncture is about helping you return to a natural state of balance — physically, emotionally, and spiritually — so that you can move through life with more clarity, ease, and connection.
